• How much money is being spent on infrastructure in the market?  Specifically around the property?
• Are there major thoroughfares that allow for easy navigation?
• Are there any factors around the property that may impact operations?  For instance, is there a new school being built nearby?  What entity supplies water, electricity, etc?
